Boston Pizza

There was a human fingernail and hair in the wings we ordered so we did not eat anymore of our meals. Had to throw away the food. We still have the one with the human nail and hair in its compartment.

DI had a money voucher from Boston pizza from from when we ordered food and it was dreadful. So I thought we try again well, I wasnt disappointed..

It took 45 minutes to get a *** pizza little pizza and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I will come again and I will tell everybody about this experience

Date night, first in a long time. Arrived gate to patio open a table of ladies and another table of 4.

Waited as people passing by I questioned maybe we need to go in in order to be seated, yes so we did only to be seated at the same table. Waited, waited no one...went inside to be met with a " server" I think, with no name tag, I asked his name...well that's when every thing went sideways. I have NEVER been treated like this EVER, nor should anyone else.

We ordered on Pasta Tuesday and chose the Mac and cheese. We declined the baked Mac and cheese, as it contained five cheeses and was baked, so we expected a regular cheese.

We paid $11.99 for cooked noodles only. He didn't want anything fancy.

What a rip-off. Thank you for the noodles, I could have prepared that part.

This is our second time complaining about the skimpy pizza toppings. This message is for the head office.

We suggest you increase the amount of toppings you put on the pizzas. This will ensure that you keep your customers coming back for more. Lately, we have been disappointed with the pizzas we have ordered due to their thin toppings.

We feel that to spend $30 on a large pizza, there should be more on them. Thank you, Susan Archibald.

My granddaughter and I had lunch at Boston Pizza in Guelph today and I ordered the pecan salad with grilled chicken - although the salad was fine the chicken was horrible all dried out and cold- when the waitress came to check how are meal was I complained that this chicken was all dried out and cold to which her response was thats how our chicken is I really could hardly believe this was the reponce! I ate the salad and left pretty much the whole horrible chicken- my granddaughter had the bourbon pizza which she enjoyed- I rarely ever complain but this meal was over 50.00 for lunch and I would of expected better quality and in fact if this is how your chicken is I suggest a better suppliers

Food was cold just avoid this place so many restaurants n it seems like no one cares what anyone says

Had dinner there today at the Fort at John location and waiting up to 1 hr on food also the waitress are all young and looked to me that they were running around and not organized! I normally eat there but at this point I dont plan on going back.they

need to get organized

Ordered Pizza for a large group at the American in Niagara Falls. I have had much better frozen pizza.

This is not the type of quality I have received at other Boston Pizzas. Having customers that are largely tourists has created this poor quality.

You would think that there would be more control by head office to insure quality and consistency. Very disappointing.

I was fired for standing up for myself and young employees that are to scared of being fired or forced to quit. I was forced to tell my son he was fired.

He worked here also. Instead of giving employees promotions they deserve they hire new employees and force the employees to accept staying where they are doing now or loose their shifts all together and forced to quit

Ordered fettuccine jambalaya for two. And bandera bread.

Jambalaya had mostly all pasta very little shrimp and sausage. Hardly any cheese. The delivery portions were not equal in weight. The bandera bread for $10.28 was the size of my nephews hand.

(Would feed small child). I have never had such poor quality of food for this price.

My son worked in the Port Elgin Ontario location and had not been paid for over 1mon and in retrospect doesent have his T4. Was told by management over the phone 2d ago. It would be sent.
